  • External Trading: If you have traded or transferred the item to another account after delivery.
  • Time Elapsed: If more than 48 hours have passed since the delivery of the item to your Steam account.

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name and email address associated with your account
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Item(s) for which you are requesting a refund

3.2 Timeframe for Refund Requests

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the following timeframes:

  • Non-Delivery: Within 48 hours of placing your order
  • Incorrect Item: Within 24 hours of receiving the item in your Steam account
  • Technical Error: Within 7 days of the transaction
  • Unauthorized Purchase: Within 7 days of the transaction

4. Refund Processing

We are not responsible for any Steam trading holds, restrictions, or cooldown periods that may affect the delivery of your purchased items. These are governed by Steam's policies and are outside of our control.

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are located in a jurisdiction with consumer protection laws that provide for additional or different refund rights, those rights will apply to the extent required by law.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to certain exceptions for digital content. However, by completing your purchase on our Site, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content and expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered to your Steam account.
